Semi-private Cancellations

These classes are scheduled with 2 students per class. IF 1 student is unable to attend, It is the responsibility of that student to contact the 2nd student and call within 2 hours of scheduled class time to cancel. Only then will a make-up be given. If the class is taught with 1 or 2 students, it is considered a completed class and no make-ups will be given. Note. Make-up Classes Cannot be made up.

No Shows

All no shows will be considered a completed lesson and charged accordingly.

Payment

Lessons must be paid for In advance. Private and semi-private lessons are pre-paid and must follow the group lesson Calendar.

Cash, personal check. MasterCard, American Express or Visa are gladly accepted. A, $20 fee will be assessed for any returned Checks.

Instructor Requests

We understand that once your child finds a teacher with whom he or she is comfortable; you may want to continue with that teacher. We will try our best to accommodate you in your request, however we CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED THE INSTRUCTOR THAT YOU REQUEST.  Because all of our teachers are excellent and bring along their own personalities, we feel that it may benefit your child to take lessons from a variety of instructors.

General Information

Communicating with the Teachers

We provide “Dear Teacher” forms on our Information table for the parents to use as a communication tool with the teachers, if you have any questions, concerns or suggestion for our teachers, please Fill one out and leave at the front desk.

We also provide ‘Teacher, you are wonderful” forms if your teacher has done something wonderful. Your teacher (like your child) appreciates the words of encouragement.

Teacher Absences

We schedule our instructors to avoid any unnecessary staff absence; however, at times a teacher may be unavoidably absent. Should your Instructor be absent, we will provide an extremely competent substitute. In the extreme case when no substitute can be provided, we will arrange a make-up lesson or issue a voucher worth the full price of the class.
