General Policies

First Come, First Serve

Here at Teacher Lynda’s swim school, our classes are scheduled on a first Come, first serve basis. Please note that classes are not scheduled on a roll over basis. In other words, you are not automatically signed up for the “next0 session, 70 ensure your ideal time, sign up early. Current students will have one week priority registration followed by an open registration. Sessions dates will are posted on the bulletin board so watch for notices.

Classes that are less than 2/3 full will be subject to schedule changes, therefore please note a second time choice.

Registration Fee

A $15 annual registration fee is due your first session of the year. The second child will be charged $10, not to exceed $25 per family.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for any reason. Once we have reserved a spot for you in a class, that spot is considered “sold” and is no longer marketable.

Session Cancellation by Customers

If your request to cancel an entire session is received at least 1 week prior to the first class of the session, you will be given school Credit, valid as long as your registration fee is current. No refunds will be given. Cancellations made less than t week prior to the first class of the session will only be credited if we are able to fill your space, If, however, we are unable to fill your space, no school credit will be issued.

Changing Class Times

There will be a $10 administrative fee for changing your class time once the session has started.

Single Class Cancellations

Once a session has started, all single class cancellations must be made before your class but no later than 10am the day of your scheduled class. Note: classes cancelled after to am and before the scheduled lesson time will be eligible for a Family swim pass. If you do not call you will forfeit your right to a make-up. We will keep a record in your folder. 7fle cancellation can be made-up within 6 months by calling the day you wish to use it. IF there is an opening, you will be accommodated for a make-up that day. There will be NO advance make-up reservations taken. Note Make-ups CANNOT be made up, have no cash value & may not be applied towards another session. If you are unable to schedule a make-up class, a Family swim may apply (Valid for up to c family members).

Private Lesson Cancel

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to be rescheduled. Less than 2 hour notification wilt result in a forfeited lesson. Note: Make-up lessons may not be made up.
